xv9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xv9 ("xv9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at xv9.club and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces. By accessing the xv9 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing game pages, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the xv9 platform and close any existing account. The xv9 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. xv9 operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

Account Security and Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xv9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. xv9 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us in writing that your credentials have been compromised. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the xv9 support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Two-Factor Authentication

xv9 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from within their account security settings. Where xv9 identifies a login attempt from an unrecognised device or IP address, a verification step may be triggered automatically regardless of whether 2FA has been manually enabled by the player.

All financial transactions on xv9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). xv9 does not charge players a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and BRAC Bank — may apply their own service charges independently of xv9.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
• xv9 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level in addition to any voluntary limits set by the player. Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This rule is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control and cannot be waived by player request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours — 08:00 to 23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) — are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. • xv9 reserves the right to void any sports wager where it identifies that the odds were published erroneously as a result of a technical error, a data feed failure, or a manifest pricing mistake. Players will be notified and the stake returned in full where a void decision is applied.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a documented technical malfunction affecting the xv9 platform or a specific game, xv9 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return all wagers placed during the affected period. xv9 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by the player's own hardware, software, internet connection, or mobile network provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xv9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in the behaviours listed below may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where the conduct involves suspected criminal activity:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an xv9 account, including the use of payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

• Arbitrage and exploit wagering: Systematically placing wagers designed to exploit promotional mechanics, pricing errors, or settlement anomalies in bad faith rather than for genuine recreational betting purposes.
• Harassment and abuse: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at xv9 support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, uploading forged documentation, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your xv9 account or any transaction processed through it.

xv9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any conduct listed under Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• xv9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or by a court, regulatory body, or authorised third party acting on behalf of the account holder.
• xv9 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account represents an unacceptable commercial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their xv9 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be voided upon closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure. Effect of Closure

Provisions relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law survive account closure indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xv9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the xv9 platform, even if xv9 has been advised of the possibility of such loss. xv9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xv9 platform — including but not limited to the xv9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of xv9 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of xv9 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. xv9 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct communication with the xv9 support team, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

xv9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial obligations, or account conditions — xv9 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice to registered players via their registered email address before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their account before the effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the xv9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xv9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
